Splenectomy
Splenectomy may be appropriate for certain splenic masses or other conditions identified through imaging and diagnostics. The decision depends on the individual case and is discussed openly, including risks and expected recovery.

Screw tail & tail fold surgery
A tightly curled or "screw" tail in English Bulldogs and French Bulldogs can create a deep skin fold — the tail pocket — that traps moisture and may lead to recurring fold infections. Many dogs are managed with medicated cleansers and a consistent home-care routine.
For dogs with a very deep pocket or a tightly curled screw tail that causes repeated infections despite good care, tail fold surgery (caudectomy) may be discussed. Whether it is appropriate is decided after examination and depends on the individual dog, including anatomy, severity, age, weight, and overall health. Anesthesia is planned with the dog's brachycephalic airway in mind.
Rectal prolapse repair
Rectal prolapse can occur in dogs with straining from GI disease or other causes. Treatment focuses on the underlying cause and, when appropriate, surgical correction.
Mass removal and abdominal surgery
Mass removal, exploratory laparotomy and other abdominal procedures may be considered in selected patients. Pre-operative diagnostics often guide the plan.
