For veterinary professionals

Refer a Bulldog or French Bulldog case

We welcome direct referrals and second-opinion consultations. Share the case summary, suspected diagnosis, and any imaging or labs. We'll coordinate with you on next steps.

Files are uploaded to secure storage. Avoid sharing social security numbers or unrelated personal data.

By submitting, you agree we may contact you at the methods provided to coordinate care. We do not diagnose or prescribe by email. For emergencies, seek urgent veterinary care — this form is not an emergency channel. Outcomes depend on anatomy, age, weight, severity, diagnostics and anesthetic risk. See our privacy policy for how contact information is handled.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can a referred patient be seen?

We prioritize urgent cases and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your patients' needs. As a facility focused on elective procedures, we aim to schedule initial consultations within one week. If timing is a concern for your client, either you or your client are always welcome to contact us directly for real-time availability.

What should I include with a referral?

A brief case summary with timeline, relevant imaging (radiographs, CT) and labs, anesthetic history if applicable, and the owner's contact details with a preferred follow-up. Partial records are still helpful; we will coordinate with you on anything missing.

How are referral requests reviewed?

Referral form submissions are stored securely and reviewed by the team separately from the public inbox until automated staff notification is verified. For time-sensitive cases, please call the clinic directly.
